1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you", "your") and rajapadi4d ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at rajapadi4d.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, 4D lottery, slot games, and any other gaming or wagering products offered through the Platform.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing the Platform in any manner, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the rajapadi4d website at rajapadi4d.cam and all sub-pages, products, and services accessible through it.
• "Account" means a registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account with the Platform and meets all eligibility requirements.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any sum of real money placed by a Player on a game, event, or outcome through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback awards, free bets, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account.
• "Real Money Balance" means the portion of a Player's Account balance consisting of verified deposits and confirmed winnings that are eligible for withdrawal, subject to the conditions herein.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount of qualifying bets a Player must place before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and address verification process required by the Platform in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the currency in which all Player Accounts are denominated by default on the Platform.

3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. The Platform does not permit access to or use by any person under the age of 21.
• You are accessing the Platform of your own free will, for personal recreational purposes only.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order from this Platform or any other gaming operator.
• You are not located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not acting as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had an Account on the Platform that was closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee of rajapadi4d or any of its affiliated entities.

4 Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian mobile number, and valid email address.
• You are permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or with the assistance of third parties — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share these with any third party.
• You must notify rajapadi4d support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• rajapadi4d is not liable for any losses arising from the unauthorised use of your Account credentials where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure them.
• Account registration must be completed by the individual player personally. Accounts opened on behalf of third parties are not permitted.

Players based in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and all other Malaysian states are welcome to register. The Platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) by default, and all account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus amounts are denominated in MYR unless otherwise specified.

5 Deposits & Payments

rajapadi4d accepts deposits via the following payment methods, each subject to their respective minimum and maximum transaction limits:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay (e-wallet transfers)
• DuitNow Instant Bank Transfer
• FPX Online Banking via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong
• USDT (TRC-20 / ERC-20) and Bitcoin (BTC) for cryptocurrency deposits

The following conditions apply to all deposits made to the Platform:

• All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the Platform Account. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• The minimum deposit is RM30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account tier.
• Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your Account and used to place wagers. Deposits that have not been wagered may be eligible for return subject to verification of no bonus activation.
• rajapadi4d does not accept deposits made from credit cards, bearer instruments, or any other anonymous payment method not listed above.
• Any deposit suspected to be associated with money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity will be frozen and reported to the relevant authorities.

6 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their Real Money Balance subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the Platform Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by Account VIP tier.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before the associated funds and winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• Typical processing times are as follows:
  • E-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): 5–30 minutes
  • DuitNow / FPX Bank Transfer: 1–3 business hours
  • Cryptocurrency (USDT / BTC): Up to 24 hours
• rajapadi4d reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside of business hours may be queued and processed on the next business day for bank transfer methods.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

rajapadi4d offers various promotional incentives to registered Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to one (1) Account per Player, per household, and per IP address, unless otherwise explicitly stated.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement, which must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• By default, Bonus Funds must be wagered before Real Money Balance can be withdrawn if a bonus is active on the Account.
• rajapadi4d reserves the right to void bonuses and cancel any associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence of:
  • Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional terms
  • Hedging strategies designed to guarantee profit from bonuses
  • Coordinated or collusive use of multiple Accounts
  • Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Unused Bonus Funds expire 30 days from the date of credit unless otherwise stated.
• rajapadi4d reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

8 Gameplay Rules

The following general gameplay rules apply to all games and wagering activities available on the Platform:

• All game outcomes on the Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or by the live dealer process, as applicable. rajapadi4d does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or server error during a game round, the round may be voided and the wagered amount returned to the Player's Account. The Platform's records shall be the authoritative source in the event of any dispute.
• Sports betting odds are set by the Platform and may change prior to the event commencing. Bets placed at a given price are honoured at that price, subject to the Platform's right to void bets placed at manifestly erroneous odds.
• rajapadi4d reserves the right to void, partially void, or amend settled bets in the event of a clear and obvious error, system fault, or where incorrect odds were displayed due to a data feed error.
• In-play (live) betting positions are accepted on a best-efforts basis. There is no guarantee that all in-play requests will be accepted, particularly during periods of high platform load or live event volatility.
• 4D lottery results are final once the official draw is closed. No amendments are accepted after the draw concludes.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balances, and may result in civil or criminal referral to the relevant authorities:

• Money laundering, structuring of deposits, or using the Platform for any purpose related to the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or reversal of deposits via a payment provider after the funds have been used to place wagers.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or share information in live dealer games.
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known technical error must be reported and are subject to forfeiture.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Platform support staff or other users.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts to circumvent Account restrictions, exploit bonuses, or evade self-exclusion.

10 Suspension & Termination

rajapadi4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Reasonable suspicion that the Account is being used in connection with money laundering or other criminal activity.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 9.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the Player themselves.
• Inactivity: Accounts that have had no login or wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months are classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of RM10 per month, deducted from the Account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the Player reactivates the Account.

Upon Account termination for cause, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account may be withheld pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established following investigation, the verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their last-used payment method.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• rajapadi4d shall not be liable for any loss of winnings, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." rajapadi4d makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• rajapadi4d is not liable for any losses arising from delays, interruptions, or errors in the Platform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service failures, third-party payment processing delays, or force majeure events.
• In no event shall rajapadi4d's aggregate liability to any Player exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the six (6) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the rajapadi4d Platform, including but not limited to its design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, text, game interfaces, and all other proprietary materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of rajapadi4d or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of rajapadi4d.

13 Privacy & Data

rajapadi4d collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by rajapadi4d includes, but is not limited to, your name, date of birth, contact details, device information, transaction history, and KYC documents. This data is used solely for the purposes of operating your Account, processing transactions, complying with anti-money-laundering obligations, and improving the Platform experience.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary for Platform operation (e.g., payment processors, identity verification providers) and where required by law.

14 Responsible Gambling

rajapadi4d is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. We provide all registered Players with access to tools designed to support healthy gambling behaviour, including:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that you can set from within your Account at any time.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable notifications reminding you of time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary pause on Account activity ranging from 24 hours to 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: A formal self-exclusion arrangement that closes your Account for a minimum of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.

15 Amendments to These Terms

rajapadi4d reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure via our support team.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first seek resolution through rajapadi4d's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause shall prevent rajapadi4d from seeking urgent injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

These Terms are written in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
