• KYC documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following Account closure, or longer if required by applicable law or regulatory guidance.
• Customer support communications: Retained for up to three (3) years from the date of the interaction, unless the communication relates to an ongoing dispute or investigation.
• Marketing preference data: Retained until you withdraw consent or opt out, after which your opt-out status is retained indefinitely to ensure we do not inadvertently re-contact you.

14 Minors & Age Restriction

The Platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 years and above. rajapadi4d does not knowingly collect or process personal data of persons under the age of 21. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 without appropriate verification having been completed, we will take immediate steps to close the associated account, void any transactions, and delete the personal data in question.
